4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund before the class start date for the specific session. No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced.

The curriculum and schedule for each program are outlined on the CodeCamp website and may be subject to change at any time. CodeCamp instructors reserve the right to modify the curriculum as needed to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Regular attendance and active participation are essential for successful program completion.

6. Intellectual Property

All CodeCamp materials, including the logo, course content, videos, and content shared through third-party software, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any CodeCamp materials without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and resolved through binding arbitration.

1. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment, all CodeCamp participants must:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy while avoiding any discriminatory or offensive language or behavior.
• Uphold academic integrity by completing assignments independently and honestly.
• Contribute positively to group discussions and activities.
• Use CodeCamp resources and facilities responsibly and ethically.

Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or removal from the program.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

CodeCamp resources and technology are provided strictly for educational purposes. You must not use them for:

• Downloading or sharing copyrighted material without authorization.
• Harassment, intimidation, or any form of cyberbullying.
• Accessing or modifying confidential information without permission.
• Conducting commercial or non-academic activities.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to CodeCamp services.

3. Force Majeure

CodeCamp shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or cancellation of programs caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or pandemics. CodeCamp will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust programs where possible.

4. Severability

5. Academic Integrity

If any student is found cheating, including but not limited to, copying from other students, using AI tools where not allowed so, sharing answers, impersonating another or pretending someone else did the work—it may result in immediate termination or ban from the course without any refund.
